How to use Replier
Replier writes reply drafts with AI and puts them into the reply box for you. It never posts anything by itself — you read every draft and press the site's own send button. This page explains what each site needs from you before it can work.
The short version: open the exact page that contains the comments you want to answer, sign in to Replier, click the Replier icon, then press Start.
Getting started
- Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in at replier.org/ai with your Google account. Every new account gets free credits.
- Open the page with the comments you want to answer.
- Click the Replier icon in the toolbar. A panel appears in the top-right corner.
- Optionally add a prompt (for example „answer in Spanish, keep it short”), set how many replies you want, then press Start.
- Read each draft, edit it if needed, and post it with the site's own button.
YouTube
Open a video page (an address that looks like youtube.com/watch?v=…)
and make sure you are signed in to YouTube. Replier scrolls to the comments, opens each
reply box in turn and fills it in.
You need a YouTube channel. A Google account alone is not enough — YouTube will not let you comment without one. If you do not have a channel yet, click Reply under any comment: YouTube will offer to create one, which takes a few seconds.
X (Twitter)
Replier works in three places on X: your home feed, anyone's profile, and a single post with its replies. On the feed and on a profile it answers the posts themselves; on a post's own page it answers the replies underneath it. Pages with nothing to reply to — messages, notifications, settings — are simply not supported.
X opens every reply in a pop-up window, and closing that window throws the text away. That is why Replier prepares one draft at a time here and then stops with a note telling you what to do: send the reply yourself (or close the window), then press Start again for the next post. The „replies per run” setting does not change this — X simply does not allow two reply windows at once.
Open one post or reel so that its comments are on screen. If the comments are not loaded yet, Replier clicks „Comment” for you; where Facebook hides older ones behind „View more comments”, expand them first. Working from the news feed does not work — open the post itself.
Just like on X, Replier prepares one draft at a time here. Facebook often reuses a single reply box for the whole page, so a second draft would overwrite the first. Send the reply yourself, then press Start again for the next comment. Replier writes its text after the „@name” mention that Facebook inserts, so the reply stays attached to the right comment.
Open a single post or reel (an address with /p/
or /reel/). Instagram uses
one comment box for the whole post, so Replier prepares one draft at a time: send it
yourself, then press Start again for the next comment. Clicking Reply puts an
„@name” mention in the box — Replier writes after it, so your reply
stays attached to the right person.
TikTok
Open a single video (an address with /video/).
If the comments panel is closed, Replier opens it for you. Just like Instagram, TikTok has
one comment box per video, so it is one draft at a time: send it, then press
Start again. The „@name” mention TikTok inserts is kept.
Settings in the panel
- Prompt (optional)
- Extra instructions for the AI: tone, language, things to mention or avoid. It is remembered while you stay on the page.
- Replies per run
- How many drafts to prepare before stopping. Five by default, so a first run never eats your whole credit balance. Press Start again to continue with the next batch — already filled boxes are skipped. On X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok this is always one at a time, because those sites only give you one reply box at a time.
- Send replies automatically
- Off by default, and we recommend leaving it off. YouTube, X and Facebook all forbid automated posting and can restrict your account for it. Leave it off unless you are certain the drafts are good and you accept that risk.
If something does not work
| What the panel says | What to do |
|---|---|
| This site is not supported yet. | Replier works on YouTube, X, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. On other sites the panel opens but Start does nothing. |
| Open a YouTube video first. | You are on the home page or a channel page. Open a video. |
| Your Google account has no YouTube channel yet… | Click Reply under any comment on YouTube and create a channel when asked. Then come back. |
| Open your X home feed, someone's profile, or a single post… | You are on a page without posts (messages, notifications, settings). Go to the feed, a profile, or open a post. |
| No comments found. Open a post and expand its comments. | On Facebook, open the post and click „View more comments” until the ones you want are visible. |
| Could not open the reply box… | Usually the site changed its layout, or replies are switched off for that item. Reload the page and try once more; if it keeps happening, write to us — we fix these quickly. |
| Your session expired — please sign in again. | Sign in again at replier.org/ai. |
| Could not reach the Replier server. | Check your internet connection and try again. The run stops on purpose so that no credits are wasted. |
| Nothing happens after clicking the icon | Open chrome://extensions, find Replier and make sure site access for that site is allowed. Then reload the page. |
Credits and subscription
Every generated draft uses one credit; the counter is at the top of the panel. Free accounts get a starter pack, Premium gets 1000 replies a month. You can change your plan or cancel any time on the Manage subscription page.
Still stuck? Write to michal@bizomobile.com and tell us which site you were on and what the panel said — that is usually enough for us to reproduce it.
